These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of learn.optimetrik.com ("the Site") and any course, demo class or training service offered by Optimetrik Training, the training division of Optimetrik Digital, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing the Site, booking a demo class, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Site or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation you represent.

Our courses & services

Optimetrik Training offers IT and professional training courses, delivered online and/or at our Coimbatore centre, along with free demo classes and counselling to help you choose the right course. Course content, trainers, schedules and formats may vary by batch and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Enrolment & demo classes

Booking a free demo class does not create any obligation to enrol. Enrolment in a paid course is confirmed only once the applicable fee (or agreed instalment) has been received and acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment at our discretion, for example if a batch is full or a course is discontinued, in which case any fees paid will be refunded.

Fees & payment

Course fees are as communicated to you at the time of enrolment and may be payable in full or in instalments as agreed. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise course fees for future batches at any time; fees already agreed for your enrolled batch will not change.

Cancellations & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on how much of the course has been delivered and the specific policy communicated to you at enrolment. As a general guide:

• Cancellations made before a batch starts are generally eligible for a full or partial refund, less any processing charges;
• Cancellations made after a batch has started are assessed case by case, based on sessions attended and materials accessed;
• No refund is provided once a course has been substantially completed or a certificate has been issued.

Attendance & batches

You are responsible for attending scheduled classes and keeping up with course material. Missed sessions may, where feasible, be made up through recordings or a different batch, at our discretion. We may reschedule, combine or change batches where necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.

Certificates

A course completion certificate is issued only where the required attendance, assignments and/or assessments for that course have been satisfactorily completed, as determined by Optimetrik Training.

Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, presentations, code samples and other content provided as part of our training are the intellectual property of Optimetrik Training or its licensors, and are provided to you for personal learning use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share this material without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

When using the Site or attending classes, you agree not to engage in disruptive, abusive or unlawful behaviour, misuse shared materials, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation. We may suspend access for any user who violates this section.

Limitation of liability

Our training is intended to build practical skills but does not guarantee employment, promotion or any specific career outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimetrik Training will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our courses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
